Return & Exchange are subject to following:

• The products should be in the same conditions as received with the tag intact.
• The return shipment to borne by the customer.
• Return or Exchange intimation should be email to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving the products.
• The products are sent back to Delhi, Chandni Chowk office, using the return label.
• Upon receiving the returned goods the amount will return in the same bank account.
• Generally, return aren't applicable on discounted/sale/customized products
• All delivery times our calculated as working days i.e. excluding weekends, public holidays, and lockdown scenarios.
• Ready to Ship products take one to seven working days to leave our facility.
• the time indicate against made-to-order (Custom) and pre-order (XL) products in the dispatch is the dispatch time calculated in working days.
• All prices are inclusive of GST.
• We take all essentials measuring a smooth delivery but custom clearance/charges, if need arise, will be customer/s responsibility.
